Refunds |
There are no cash or credit refunds, all sales are final. If a patron needs to change a date we can do that at no additional cost, but it is subject to availability. If a patron cannot reschedule for the show they previously had tickets for we offer them theatre credit to another show in the season (the credit is credited in the dollar amount since ticket prices vary. Say if they can't make it to a play or spotlight and later they want to use their credit for a musical they can use that credit but will have to pay $2/$3 difference per ticket). Patrons can donate their tickets back to the theatre as a contribution. |
Special Needs |
Wheel chairs can be accomodated at either end of the first row but these spaces must be reserved as such (there is no extra cost but please inquire). An adjacent reserved seat for one accompanying person will be provided if that seat is not already reserved (reserved seating fee will be waived). |
Reserved Seating |
Seating together cannot be assured without reserved seats. Those with reserved seats may arrive as late as 5 minutes before show time. In the event of a "full house", wait-listed walk-ins will be seated 5 minutes before show time and ticket holders may not be assured of seating after this point. House Managers will attempt to hold reserved seats as long as possible. |
