TALENT STREET PLAN

The rationale for the street plan was to not only improve future traffic flow and avoid the awkward intersection at West Valley View and Talent Ave but to open up currently land-locked property to street access.
 
New Theatre lot (green); 45 additional on-street diagonal parking spaces along Seiber St and parallel parking spaces on the new Main St. extension (blue). West Valley View Rd. west of the roundabout will be a pedestrian mall, local access and parking. The Wagner St. extension south of the roundabout will be developed in a later phase (unscheduled).
