POLICIES
Theatre Policies
The following terms and conditions apply to admission to Camelot Theatre. By entering the premises, each attendee agrees to these terms and conditions, regardless of the form or holder of any ticket or invitation.
Each individual ("Attendee") admitted to Camelot, along with any accompanying minors, must follow all rules and the posted or verbal directions of the staff. Failure to comply with these rules and directions may result in removal from the premises.
Refunds
All sales are final, and non refundable. If you need to change the date of your tickets, 48-hours before the performance, we can accommodate that based on ticket availability. If rescheduling is not possible, we offer a theatre credit for another show. The credit will be equal to the original purchase price, as ticket prices may vary. Alternatively, you may donate your tickets back to the theatre as a tax-deductible contribution.
Special Needs
There are four handicap wheel chair spots in the first row of the theatre. Please call ahead to reserve these spots.
Children
Children under the age of 5 years old, and babies in arms, are not allowed in the theatre for performances. Please make other arrangements for child care during the time of the show.
Reserved Seating
Seating together cannot be guaranteed without reserved seats. In the event of a sold-out show, wait-listed walk-ins will be seated 5 minutes before showtime. Reserved seat ticket holders who are not in their seats by this time are not guaranteed seating thereafter. House Managers will make every effort to hold reserved seats as long as possible.
Photography/Video
Photography or video of any kind is NOT permitted in the theatre.

At Camelot we believe that diversity and inclusion make us stronger and enrich all of our lives. Diversity means inviting new people of different cultures, color, sexual orientation, etc., to the party...inclusion means asking them to dance. As Maya Angelou wrote: “We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal ....”
Camelot Theatre is a non-profit public charity as outlined in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Federal Business ID 93-0818429.
