Spotlight on Sondheim
A giant of musical theatre, Stephen Sondheim wrote 16 full-length musicals that forever changed the landscape of musical theatre.

Taught musical theatre by Oscar Hammerstein, Sondheim created a new breed of American musical as well as mentoring current trailblazers such as Lin-Manuel Miranda, Jason Robert Brown, and Jonathan Larson. This look into the life of one of the most influential composers of the twentieth century will please both old fans of Sondheim as well as new.
Featuring songs from hits like A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, A Little Night Music, Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods, and Company to his lesser performed works like Pacific Overtures, The Frogs, and Assassins, this Spotlight is not one to miss!

onathan has worked on many previous Camelot shows as an sound designer and engineer including Honeymoon in Vegas, Camelot, and Elf as well as Spotlights on Roy Orbison; Crosby Stills, Nash, and Young; Bette Midler; Mamas and Papas; and Credence Clearwater Revival. In addition to working as the engineer, he wrote and directed Spotlight on Motown as well as oversees Camelot’s audio drama series. Previous theatrical credits include directing Doctor Faustus, Mulan JR, and Almost, Maine, as well the roles of Tin Man in Wizard of Oz, Chandler Marlow in The Butler Did It, and Detective Fix in Around the World in 80 Days. He attended SOU for both Sound Design and Directing.
