Theatre Policies

Refunds

There are no refunds, all sales are final. If a patron needs to change a date we can do that, but it is subject to ticket availability. If a patron cannot reschedule for the show they previously had tickets for, we offer them a theatre credit to another show in the season (the credit is in the dollar amount of the original purchase price since ticket prices vary). Patrons may alternatively donate their tickets back to the theatre as a tax-deductible contribution.

Special Needs

There are four handicap wheel chair spots in the first row of the theatre. Please call ahead to reserve these spots.

Children

Children under the age of 5 years old are not allowed in the theatre for performances. Please make other arrangements for child care during the time of the show.

Reserved Seating

Seating together cannot be assured without reserved seats. In the event of a sold-out house, wait-listed walk-ins will be seated 5 minutes before show time and reserved seat ticket holders who are not in their seats five minutes prior to show time are not guaranteed seating after this point. House Managers will attempt to hold reserved seats as long as possible.

Photography

Photography or video of any kind is NOT permitted in the theatre.

At Camelot we believe that diversity and inclusion make us stronger and enrich all of our lives. Diversity means inviting new people of different cultures, color, sexual orientation, etc., to the party...inclusion means asking them to dance. As Maya Angelou wrote: “We all should know that diversity makes for a rich tapestry and we must understand that all the threads of the tapestry are equal ....”

Camelot Theatre is a non-profit public charity as outlined in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Federal Business ID 93-0818429.
